Refund Policy

1. The terms used herein have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.

3 This Policy is written in the English language.
Any translation into other languages is for your convenience only.
In the event of a discrepancy between the English version and the version in another language, the English version shall prevail.

4. BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF USE, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT THIS RETURNS POLICY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

5. CUPO may modify this Policy in accordance with Section 2 of the Terms of Use.

6. The Subscription is valid for the entire paid period.
You may not cancel the Subscription, however, at the end of the paid period, you may refuse to extend the Subscription further and withdraw the remaining balance from the Referral Balance.

7. To make a withdrawal, you need to go to the “Referral Balance” section, click “Withdraw/Withdraw”, select the withdrawal method and click “Confirm”.

8. You can withdraw funds in the following ways: in US dollars to PayPal wallet or bank card.

9. Withdrawals utilize third-party payment processors, which may charge processing fees as well as apply their own exchange rates.
CUPO has nothing to do with such fees and exchange rates and is not obliged to reimburse them.
The user shall pay them solely at their own expense.

10. In order to make a withdrawal of funds received by you under the Affiliate Program, you should follow the withdrawal instructions set out in clause 7.

11. Given that the Software is a digital product and you access the paid components of the Software immediately upon payment of a Subscription, the Subscription fee paid is non-refundable, including for the period(s) when you do not access the Software.

12. Withdrawals may be subject to restrictions presented to you in the Software prior to withdrawal (for example, we may apply minimum withdrawal amounts and restrict withdrawal methods).
