Sign up and account

When you first launch the web application or mobile application, you register an account and enter the following data:

  • Password.

In your account settings, you can link your crypto-exchange accounts on trading platforms using the private and public keys from your crypto-exchange accounts. In addition, you can choose to receive notifications and communications through your social media accounts, in which case we will necessarily gain access to the associated account data (username, phone number).

Linking an account on a trading platform

When you link your crypto-exchange account on a trading platform using the private and public keys, we automatically gain access to:

  • the history of your transactions on the trading platform, including open orders;
  • balance data of your crypto-exchange account on the trading platform.

Account usage

When you use your account, we collect and store the following information:

  • the state of your account balances;
  • history of deposits and withdrawals from your account.

Contacting our support

When you contact our support team, we gain access to your contact information (name, email) in order to respond to your request or receive feedback on our Service.

Usage data

When using the website or web application, we automatically collect usage data (log files). This data may include IP address, browser type, operating system and other information about your use of the website or web application, such as the pages you viewed, the time you viewed them, and the links you followed.

When you use a mobile application, we may automatically collect data about your device, including the type of device, operating system, and your IP address.

Usage data is anonymous and is not linked to your personal data.

Our Service does not use third-party SDK and API.

We process data in accordance with data protection and retention laws in countries (regions) where we offer our software products and services or have tax and other legal obligations.

Statutory obligations

We may transfer your data (including to other countries) at the request of government agencies and officials and in the performance of other legal obligations in accordance with applicable laws and international agreements. We may also be responsible for storing and verifying your data for a certain period of time, when provided for by applicable law.

We process your data on the basis of your consent to receive advertising and newsletters by email, to the address provided during registration. Advertising and newsletters may relate to updates, changes to subscription terms, and specific features and enhancements of our software products and services.

You have the right to revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by sending a request by email (see the Contacts section).

In the settings of your account on the Service, you can choose to receive advertising and newsletters through your social network accounts. You can at any time unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter through your social media accounts by changing the corresponding account settings on the Service.

5. How long do we retain your data?

We take various measures to protect your data. We use encrypted channels to collect and transfer your data, and also restrict access to your data by unauthorized persons.

We are not responsible for the content of third party websites and services, links to which may be placed on our Service. The placement of such links does not mean that we guarantee the safety of third-party sites and services or the accuracy and reliability of the content posted on them.

We do not control the processing of personal data on third-party sites and services, since we do not own them. Please read the legal information on third-party sites and services carefully before using them.

Your payments are processed using third party service providers PayPal. We do not collect, store or process your payment information.

We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of the most significant changes. You will also be able to see when the Policy was last changed by the date of the last change in the Policy heading.
